If I was the president of a large corporation that designed home products and I had to hire three different psychologists, I would choose to hire an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist, a Social Psychologist, and an Environmental Psychologist.

To start, I would opt to hire an industrial/organizational psychologist because of their expertise in the field of employment as a whole. Hiring an I-O psychologist would give my company an edge because these types of psychologists are multi-faceted.
