Money can be used to by anything and everything. The military spending budget has been cut for many reasons and due to the many recent events from the past year have been good reasons to maybe to make that budget grow a little. Some think that the United States is in good hands and our budgeting is in the good hands of the Government. The different viewpoints between the two have strong and weak points and have their own ideas about how to forth at this point.
