On 7/20/2015 S/O EMT Perez was dispatched to MG-601 regarding a fall. He lived one street away from the victim. Clark had a cut on his forehead, which he stated came from cutting trees.

Mrs. Dorothy Gish stated that she was sitting on her rollator when she slid onto the floor and was unable to pick herself up on her own strength. S/O EMT Perez performed a pelvic exam on Mrs. Gish which revealed no pain or grimace.
On March 7, 1998, 55 year old Mrs. Jadine Russell and her daughter were involved in a minor automobile accident. While on the side of the road assessing the damage, Jadine, her daughter, and two police officers, were taken by surprise, when alleged drunk driver, Keith Cook, lost control of his pickup hitting Jadine’s car.
