The Role Of Evolution In 2001 A Space Odyssey

Evolution is believed to be the way of life. In the book 2001 A Space Odyssey by Arthur C. Clarke is how evolution helped use become how we are today and the far future of the unknown. It starts with man-apes and how they start using tools. It then goes to space travel and going to different moons in the solar system and finding out about other intelligent life. In this journal I will be sharing three conflicts that happened in this book. First, Moon Watcher (tribe leader) vs. man-apes. They could not talk to each other, so in that sense it was harder to spread intelligence to the others. The tribe’s men needed to move the dead antelope to the safety of the cave. Moon Watcher knew how he just could not communicate to the others how to do it.
