Ron Horn stationed Maryland, band player and soldier during the years 67-71 of the Vietnam war. Knew a lot about what was going on in the war. Mr.Horn wasn 't drafted, but he was gonna be, they were taking up to 180 while he was 112. So then in September he went in.
In the "Things They Carried" by Tim O'Brien, Tim O'Brien, Norman Bowker, and the young boy whose name was never revealed are all examples of soldiers who couldn't or at least had a hard time talking about their expiriences in war. In the NPR interview with Tim O'Brien one caller who happened to be a Vietnam soldier said he “couldn’t tell anybody what [he] had witnessed”. Many of the soliders who served in Vietnam had a hard time talking about their experiences of the war. The soldiers felt as if nobody cared about how they felt because they were supposed to be strong-minded individuals. If they had someone to talk to often times bringing up memories of the horrifying scenes of the war made their situation worse.
All characters cope with different situations in their own ways. In Tim O’Brien’s novel The Things They Carried, his character cope with the effects of the Vietnam War differently. O’Brien’s character Mary Anne and Norman Bowker deal with the war the only ways they know how to. Various characters in O’Brien’s novel deal with the war and its repercussions that occur.

Though the end of previous wars were celebrated by civilians and soldiers alike, the Vietnam War never came to a victorious resolution. The soldiers of previous wars were loved and thanked for their service, while some Vietnam veterans felt ignored and even hated.
During the Vietnam War, there were 2 American college students shot walking to class by a national guard. The doves were one of the controversial groups during the war, and they protested against the war. The Hawks were the other controversial group and supported the United States' involvement in the Vietnam War. My opinion is not supported either if I were alive during the war. Two groups formed during the Vietnam War, the Hawks and the Doves.

Unlike other psychologists, Robin was able to convey the genuineness of his feelings towards Matt. Even though Robin was insulted by Matt in the first session, he still stick with Matt. It was in the second session that Robin displayed his genuineness to Matt. Robin took Matt out to the park and called him a kid. During the Vietnam war a draft was put into place. The draft required all able males between 18-26 to join the war. Although it was deemed necessary, was it constitutionally right? All able bodied adults between the ages 18 to 40 should not be subject to to required military service due to three reasons: if an individual is not self motivated to join the military their actions and attitude will be negative; in certain situations people aren’t able to take time away from their obligations because they are the sole provider; if the government obligated people to require military service it would create enormous conflicts between the people and government.
The Indochina War was a war between France and its allies on Vietnam. France had occupied Vietnam and surrounding areas for years and the communist Vietnamese in the north wanted out. A war began as France tried to stay there and the US supported their plight. America was afraid of communism and was willing to take many measures to stop it. They feared if Vietnam fell to communists then the rest of Asia would fall as well, including Australia.
In doing this, it was his side only which could be viewed. His final problem is watching every move of the Sheriff. I think each of these problems are issues which need to be addressed. Aside from that, the Merrymen have a motto of “Rob the rich and give to the poor” which Robin seems to be fine in the beginning, but begins to change his mind. In the TV show we watched Robin is a noble of Locksley. The TV show shows Robin returning to Locksley after fighting in the holy war. Compared to the ballots we read where they didn’t give us much background on Robin. The ballots start out with Robin showing his shooting skills with his bow and then show him as an outlaw when he shoots the men for making fun of him. So every stories you read or show you watch gives different details into who Robin before he was Robin
While Robin mentioned that he does not know half the men he ran into, this shows that he does not manage by walking around.
