Whenever he gets the opportunity, he kills and the individuals he chooses are the ones who he discriminates against. He never plans ahead of time because it doesn’t give him the same feeling. The city he lives in gives him a lot of opportunities to catch an individual that he doesn’t agree with their way of living.
