Why did Rome Fall? What are the main reasons why this happened? The Roman Empire started in 750 BCEand ended in the 5th century. Rome was located in the middle east, Northern Africa. It was also located in the Mediterranean region, western Europe.

Rome fell because of many other reasons but the main reason Rome fell were because of weak leadership, military weakness and economic problems here is why. One reason Rome fell was because of weak leadership. According to document A Roman leaders would die because of assassination, suicide and because of natural causes. Romans would become leaders and would die because of assassination and a few would die because of natural causes.
The major reasons for the Fall of Rome were caused by its military mistakes, political instability, and their economic/civic decay. Before these events occurred, Rome was one of the wealthiest and greatest empires. The empire was led by a hero named Julius Caesar who helped Rome conquer land and defeat major rivals. As their government became more powerful as well as its empire, this led to the Pax Romana, a time of peace. The empire was peaceful and relaxed throughout its 3rd, 4th, and 5th century.
