It is true that most cyber crimes are hardly reported since not all of them are noticed, and there is no one to be on the Internet just for that work. The cyber crimes that that are reported are therefore those that are noticeable and whose effect are felt by others (Sen, 2013). Law enforcement, on the other side is done by several people that are mandated to do that by the government and they include prosecutors. Law is enforced in an orderly and organized manner by discovering, punishing or deterring the offenders (Sullivan & Sage Publications, 2005). Cyber crimes involve those crimes that make use of computer networks to extend to the other end, which includes hacking and phishing.

One of its definitions states that obscenity is an offensive act, behavior, image or even language (Moore, 2005). However, the problem arises on the issue of the search warrant for cyber crimes. Search warrants may be issued to search the computers of in case a crime is discovered and more so obscenity. Such cases usually take long to investigate as it involves experts who examine the results found after searching the computers. These warrants are necessary as they prove permission to search. Cases of obscenity are hard to determine the primary source of the language, act, behavior or any pornographic image. In the current society, obscenity cases have become rampant in both children and adults. Many cases have been reported of people who owned children pornographic pictures after the police doing an investigation and through check in their houses/premises. Such acts though not all are reported, can lead to lifetime imprisonment if caught (Harrison & Gilbert, 2009). When a child views some pictures from the computer or any other device, such cases needs investigations, and the police should storm the house and carry out a search on the computer by going through all the files and examining the content. In most cases, the investigators have machines that can retrieve some information that had been previously erased from the computer. A search warrant is essential here so that the father can accept to open even the protected files from public view (Lazarevich, 2008). Failure to have it, the father may ultimately refuse to open the secured files. Many files are containing the offensive images, acts or behavior are commonly secured so that no one knows what is contained in the files hence the need for a warrant to gain permission to access all the data. Determining the root source of the pictures and the reason for them would also serve as part of the investigations (Cardon,
