Over the past years, K-pop has grown phenomenally. In the process of fulfilling their individual dreams, the idols have also gained a large amount of love and popularity from fans all over the world. K-pop captivates people with the visuals that idols develop from one album to the next. Part of the truth behind this is because of the changing of the idol’s appearance. Frequently, they like to dye their hair to various colors; it ranges from shades of pink orange to rainbow hair. For example, during EXO’s “Wolf” era, Oh Sehun’s hair was dyed to rainbow; meanwhile, Tao dyes his hair to a dark red-orange hair color. It amazes me how different they can look with each hair color. The process of growing up for Korean idols is clearly visible. That’s where the role of puberty comes to play. As idols move from album to album, or even singles, their inner bodies start to develop and they look breathtakingly hot. This is a good thing because people will get to know an idol’s real image more, even with make-up. Make-up can’t change the shape of your face literally, but it can show a different color to their faces. Anyways, is it just me or is it that when you go through puberty, you look like you’ve grown 5 feet taller? Isn’t that just crazy? For example, you were taller than this person last year, but suddenly they just grow much taller this year! That’s how I feel like to some people sometimes. Furthermore, that’s what I feel like when looking at korean idols all the time. They look as if they were just 2 inches taller than you but, then, in the next album, they grow another feet! Additionally, another result from puberty is that their voices start to mature. In Got7’s debut song “Girls, Girls, Girls” one of the members named BamBam had a cute fetus voice that made me squeal like a 5 year old. However, suddenly, he grew into this tall boy who had a deeper voice as well. In the song “If You Do” his deep voice surprised me and I had to ask myself if that was really him or not.
