Introduction Therapeutic communication is the interaction between a nurse and patient, which focuses on the physical, sociological and psychological state of the patient. The nurse line of duty is expected to have multiple of interactions with patients and to be unreserved to them. There are several of ways to communicate effectively to improve the relationship between the nurse and patient. With this, nurses are able to comfort the client and their family members when disclosing information severity of the illness or injury. Organizational is the forth where there is a hierarchical levels of staff for example Dean of the hospital, hospital administrators, specialist surgeons, normal specialist, silent doctors, and nurses. Lastly is interpersonal which requires a group of people more than 2 like a nurse, patient and doctor. Both patient and nurse benefits from having an interpersonal relationship, the patients are able to receive accurate diagnosis due to that they are cooperative to disclose information about their illness or what they are experiencing. So that the nurse will be able to give the right treatment, from this the patient will understand and commit to following instructions.
