Process Narrative What I intended for the essay to have on the reader is to inform and entertain the what is stated on the essay. This time I have connected the paragraphs together. I had a better thesis statement. I had good topic sentences in each paragraph. The topic sentences were connected to the thesis. I had also used quotes better after using quotes I have cited them properly and explained the quote better.

But after taking this class, I did learn different writing technique and improved my writing proficiency, material body of formatting, and how to uncovering and properly use sources. Through class exams, essays, and a research paper, I was able to learn new writing skills. Although I have learned a variety of things, my writing still needs improvement.
There are many approaches to writing that, before taking this class, I had never even previously considered using. One such approach is the use of parallel structured sentences. Before the writing prompts in this class, I do not remember ever being taught about parallel structure or how to use it in an essay. Another new approach, that I have learned, is how to write the thesis statement before starting the rest of the paper. Normally when I would write a paper or essay, I would just start writing and see what would come to me.
