Thesis statement: In recent discussions of Marijuana , a controversial issue has been whether to legalize it or keep it prohibited. On the one hand, some argue that Marijuana is unhealthy and can lead to lung cancer similar to cigarettes. On the other hand, however, others argue that marijuana shouldn’t be prohibited on a federal level and states should decide.
