Cassie knew it was right to stand up for here brother because what was in the book was very racist. She took the whipping even though she new it would get here in truble later on.

When this happened Little man would not tke the book because it was dirty. When little man got intrubble she stood up and said i don’t want my book either. She explained that he did not want the book because it was dirty and it had rips in it.
