Education is one of the ever-growing and ever changing caveats to the structural systems of society. As an education professional one of the constants is the ability to know and understand your positions and beyond. It is the astounding duty of the practitioner to be constant in the inter developmental practices of a positions. I am in the elementary sector my current capacity reaches all children and teachers. Currently, I am an instructional coach at a present underperforming Title I school. Often Title I schools are viewed as urban schools with little or no support system. In retrospect, Title I schools receive federal funding to help fund the education programming taking place onsite. Title I funds assist schools in meeting the educational needs of students living near or at poverty levels. Most of these schools are low-performing schools due to the increase demands and special needs of the students. Many times these schools are located in communities that lack resources. With my open door policy, teachers are constantly asking for advice and support within the classroom. It is at this point, I receive pertinent feedback. Through instructional modeling and classroom walkthroughs, I am able to gain teacher trust which in turn allows for the pivotal stance of my position. Teachers are trusting me with the learning process of their students, while they learn themselves. Substantive feedback to come to play when teams work on lesson plan PLC’s. It is here when I can receive the most feedback. They trust me with their lesson plans and trust the fact that I am here for them. Ultimately feedback is received in various ways.
