The National Football League (NFL) is a league where world class athletes and competitors take the field each and every fall to showcase their talents for the world. Maybe one of the most important and skilled positions on a football team is the quarterback. There have been many great quarterbacks that have played in the NFL, from Joe Montana to Peyton Manning and Tom Brady. Each one of these great quarterbacks have lead their teams to multiple Super Bowl victories. Most recently, Tom Brady played in his seventh Super Bowl and won his fifth Super Bowl ring (“Tom Brady Biography”). There have been many great quarterbacks, but Tom Brady is the greatest quarterback to ever play the game of football. Tom Brady was born on August 3, 1977, in California. In high school, Brady was a standout athlete in both football and baseball. Brady was drafted into the professional baseball league but decided to go play college football at the University of Michigan instead. While at Michigan, Brady sat on the bench for his first two years before taking over the starting duties his junior season. Brady had two great seasons as a starter, while leading the Wolverines to a Orange Bowl Victory to end his career at Michigan.
