Personal Narrative: My Interview With Tom Brady
This is the title that I would have given this book. The book Million Dollar Throw by Mike Lupica is an adventure/suspense book. This book is set in modern time in a town called Valley, Massachusetts. It is around the time of summer.

Brady’s parents were Galynn Patricia and Thomas Brady Sr., and he was raised Roman Catholic. In his childhood, Brady was a fan of Joe Montana and the San Francisco 49ers during the 1980s. Montana served as a role model of Brady as he become obsessed with the game of football at a young age. During his teenage years, Brady went to Junipero High School in San Mateo, California and, eventually, he graduated from St. Mary’s Cathedral in 1995.
Brady is one of the most charitable players in the league. Hosting many events, and donating to various charities, Tom Brady has a huge heart, along with a huge will-power. Which brings me to his next admirable quality. Tom Brady has great perseverance, and will to achieve. Overcoming many adversities, he is used to never quitting until he wins.
Tom Brady possesses all of these traits, he leads the New England Patriots time and time again to winning seasons and super bowls. Tom only played in one game his rookie season, however in training camp he put in the work to go from fourth string to back up the star quarterback at the time Drew Bledsoe. However in the beginning of the 2001 season In a game against the Jets Bledsoe went down with and injury. This event was probably the best thing to happen to pat’s fans. At that time no one knew how vitaly Brady would become.
My class and I are going on a field trip to a Pittsburgh Steelers game on a bus especially made for kids. The name of the bus is “The Pittsburgh Steelers Fan Bus Only”. It has a food bar, so when you get hungry, you can eat chicken and pizza. If you get bored, it even has reclining seats so you can relax. For entertainment you can play playstation 4 and the games you can play are NBA 2K17 and Madden 17.
Imagine what would it be like to grow up on a farm with two brothers, travel to the philippines, win the Heisman Trophy, be like a lion on the college football field:) and become a quarterback in the NFL, well that is exactly what Tim Tebow has done. This book talked about his early childhood, his highschool years, and his journey to the NFL and what he did when he got there. In this journal I will be questioning, predicting, and connecting. First, I was wondering why Tim Tebow decided to play football over baseball?
Tom Brady played for Michigan in college where he had the role of the quarterback. He entered the draft combined in 2000, and was the 199 pick in the second round. Initially he served as a backup quarterback and played in only one game during his first season, but the 2001 season was a different story. After starting quarterback Drew Bledsoe was injured, Brady took over, proving himself a strong leader with a powerful arm. That season Brady led the Patriots victory in Super Bowl XXXVIII over the Rams.
Thousands of people are waiting. Thousands of people are wearing jerseys and talking about their favorite football team, the Green Bay Packers. My family was part of the thousands on August 8, 2015. We had joined one of the many parties where people were excitedly waiting for Family Night at the Green Bay Packers Stadium. I really didn’t care about football at all, but I was still excited to go and watch with my family.
Or how he had an awful combine and was really weak and small. I think Tom Brady is one of the greatest leaders and hardest working athletes that I know. Tom Brady is the quarterback of the New England Patriots. Tom played baseball and football at his high school in California. He played on his JV football team as the backup QB.

He didn 't start playing football until the ninth grade, and he wasn 't good enough to start at quarterback on a team that finished 0-8 and didn 't score a touchdown.
On the morning of Super Bowl 49, I was playing on my Xbox One with Ben Jernejcic when he suddenly asked me whether I wanted to go to his house to watch the Super Bowl. It was an opportunity I could not pass up, so our parents arranged at time me to go to his house. Hours later I arrived at his house, waiting for the fun to begin. We started out going to the gaming room, where we played Madden and mocked the Super Bowl as we played as the Seattle Seahawks against the New England Patriots. After playing about 3 games, we started playing FIFA, NBA and many other games.
You’ll never believe what happened…here’s a little backstory. I am a huge Dallas Cowboys fan from birth and I have always wanted to go to one of their games, but there would never be enough time, even if we were playing the New York Giants…. I was walking to class and because I was already late, the hallway was empty. I saw two of my favorite football players Dak Prescott and Ezekiel Elliott from the Dallas Cowboys. They were inviting me to their home game and I would have to go with them and miss class or miss the game entirely and go to class.
The great Vince Lombardi once said “Football is like life – it requires perseverance, self-denial, hard work, sacrifice, dedication, and respect of authority.” My father introduced me to football and coached me from a young age. He taught me lessons about life that I could only learn from the sport. Football turned me into the man I am today, from facing ridicule from the public and slander online, to having to the fill the most important spot on the field, I prevailed and thrived. Through football I learned to compete, discipline, accountability, sacrifice, and my life was impacted more than I ever knew.
I remember when summer was coming to a close and she began learning drills and creating routines to teach to the other members. I was somewhat fascinated by the process as it was something I never really thought about before. While I was questioning her on the matter she slipped in the phrase "You should come watch me sometime. " We agreed that I would come to their first home game.
Orange eye tight post corner, block shallow, slant on one ready… hands smack together as the lineman shout over the wild fans “Break”! Friday nights in the fall are like christmas! Fall is a great season and makes football that much better. Friday night lights is what I was always most excited for when I was little. Growing up around football made me fall in love with the game and make me love being on the field.
