Power should be balanced because an unrationed amount of power can corrupt an individual and destroy freedom. This has been proved throughout our history. In the novel Animal farm Goerge Orwell argues that too much power corrupts freedom. His story is about a revolution on a farm. The animals revolt against Mr. Jones, the owner of the farm, in order to gain freedom for themselves and have a better life. Problematically not long after they take their freedom, a pig Napoleon begins to take more power for himself slowly depriving the animals of their freedom.
