My chosen leader for this assignment was my former director of the organization I currently work at, Pennyrile District Health Department, Jim Tolley. Known as the Joan of Arc of Armenians, Aurora was a valiant Armenian American who has represented victims of the Armenian Genocide. At only fifteen- years old, Aurora witnessed the murder of her brother and father and took part in the immense deportation of many Armenians in which Armenians were forced to walk miles and miles over scorching, hot deserts without food or water. One day in the Syrian Desert, the Turks garnered a group of girls and planned to crucify sixteen of them. Aurora was the seventeen girl in line and she escaped from horde of weak and suffering Armenians, but later, slave traders captured and sold her to harems of the Turkish officials who viciously tortured her until she escaped from their hands. Many wish that the government bureaucracy could be run like that of a large company's. Goodsell argues that this is naive ideology; comparing government bureaucracy that of Google's is akin to comparing apples and oranges. Their purposes are so vastly different that they have to operate in different manners (Goodsell 2004, 1166). Bureaucracies may not always radically be changing operations in an effort towards improving, but it is difficult to steer a ship that organizes processes for hundreds of millions of people. By maintaining a status quo, one that can be argued is one of the highest standards of living in the world, government bureaucracies complete their mission each and every day.

In addition, the French government made a significant economic investment in the design and construction of the Maginot Line to support their military defensive based strategy, when the planning and funding could have been better allocated to a more applicable military strategy and doctrine for

In this essay I will write about the strengths and weaknesses of perception as a way of knowing. Perception is the way we perceive the world through our senses. We use all five of our senses, which are sight, hearing, smell, taste and touch to understand the world and interpret it. We can then say it’s a Primary way of knowledge. We can also say that, because the senses is the way our body communicates, we have at least three more senses: kinesthetic sense, which is our awareness of our body’s dimensions and movement; vestibular sense, which is the awareness of the human’s balance and spacial orientation; and organic sense, which is the manifest of the internal organs (for example, hunger or thirst).
