Bob. Father why would Mommy ever do something like that? I thought she was your precious doll? I thought she loved it here and she loved us? How could she leave us, she’s our mother?

Torvald. Well now, your mother from what I could deduct was searching for freedom in which she felt she did not have. I cannot imagine living a day without your mother but she told me she felt like I have become a stranger to her, god knows why, but your mother doesn’t seem to love me like she used to. [Grabbing his father’s hand.] we love you father, I know how tough this must be for you, but we have faith you can raise us for the both you and mother.

[The newly united family gathered in the center of the room hugging each other close as they did not know what was to come of their future. Torvald looks around with a look of dismay as he does not yet know the repercussions what is to come forth in his life.]

Scene - Torvald the next day is at dinner with Dr. Rank his best friend. Torvald is catching him up with the new family drama. They are sitting a table in the corner of a dark and dingy bar, far from where people can hear them. Torvald’s face has seemed to have aged years from the stress he has felt after Nora left him and the Dr. Rank looks very sickly as he is close to dying.

Dr. Rank. [Staring at Torvald intently and speaking in a joking matter.] Now tell me, what has happened in the Helmer household since I have last been there?
