Trader Joe's is a successful grocery store that goes about doing business in a different way than most retailers do. It was established for the first time in 1967 by Joe Coulombe. Trader Joe’s would like to upgrade their network because in the present and past, they have been dealing with network problems such as, credit or debit card scanner and not having stores able to order and have their shelves stocked (Strailey, 2021). Trader Joe’s is looking to make shopping easier for the customers and give them the best experience. Ron Glickman, Trader Joe’s chief information officer, stated, “You know, one of our values is wow customer experiences” (Strailey, para 10, 2021).
