Objective 1 – Training Director Manager to understand financial report. (Summary) To accomplish this task, I must research the company policy and procedure, collaborate with managers at each campus, and implement the General Accepted Accounting Principle guidelines on the financial spending report. I want to create a PowerPoint training presentation with the definitions and images that will clarify the verbiage on the monthly spending report, to help the manager understand what the verbiage means, when reviewing the monthly spending report. I added each the words, definition, and download the from my save picture file onto each slide that represented the verbiage from the current spending report. Lastly, this task did take more time to complete then I estimated, because of the travel time to the campuses for meeting.
