I responded to 106 Wildridge Road in reference to a civil complaint. Upon arrival, I spoke with Mark and Anna Sanders. Both subjects advised that they paid David Sasser $350.00 dollars to build their son a bunk bed. They advised that Sasser told them that he spent all the money and didn’t buy any supplies. Mark then agreed that he would take Sasser to get the wood that he need, and pay for it.
The Howes at 55385 CR 35 stressed the importance of buying up any property to prevent others from building around us. Now that the Howes are selling, their is no respect for the the declarations of restrictions or the respect of the neighboring properties. Jeffery and Tamela Osborn at 55401 CR 35, Middlebury, IN have tried to purchase the said property parcel D - 3acres on the north of our property for several years and most recent before the Howes listed their home and a portion of their property for sale so we could maintain and mow parcel D. Jesse Clyde “J.C.” Nichols was a real estate developer; most notably in Kansas City, Missouri and Kansas. Nichols developed the Country Club District, which includes The Country Club Plaza, in Kansas City, MO. The largest contribution to the population of Kansas City that Nichols gave was not a building, a statue, or even a district; it was the segregation of african americans using certain parts of a deed. Restrictive covenants are agreements on a deed that restrict the owner. Restrictive covenants are still common now, there are still covenants that do not allow for the use of a home business or any additions to be made to the home.
I believe everyone on this email thread was aware of my meeting today with Joe Baldwin, Guardian, of Kathy Rennich to discuss her recent return from inpatient rehabilitation at a local nursing facility and her expressed desire to move to the Hensgen Home. Basically, in February 2017, Kathy fell resulting in a fractured tail bone. She received inpatient rehabilitation at Care Springs for fourteen days and has returned home with PT services. Since her return home, Kathy has refused to participate in ADL’s (which isn’t a change in pattern as she refused prior to the nf stay) and is demanding that she have the opportunity to live at the Hensgen Home. Kathy’s reasoning behind wanting to move the Hengsen Home isn’t exactly clear to the team.

In 1996, Sandra Cisneros bought a house in the historic King William neighborhood of San Antonio, Texas. She made improvements to her home and painted it purple to reflect her Tejano heritage. However, her neighbors felt that the purple did not abide by the housing regulations of the neighborhood and petitioned the local commission to force Cisneros to change the color. I believe Sandra Cisneros should be able to keep her house purple.
I call to your attention that the documents sent in response to my requests are incomplete, at least in so far as the HOA Bylaws are concerned. Note that the Bylaws pdf document begins and ends with "page 3". Missing are pages 1 and 2 which undoubtedly includes HOA incorporation provisions such as officer/director positions, date and quorum for annual meeting, etc. As a long time condominium owner and board member I take issue with comments made in previous responses from Lynn Gunter and Mark Blake concerning requests for documents.

Esperanza’s house on Mango Street is not the house she dreamed on when she lived on Loomis Street, not the kind of house her parent’s talked about, not the house she wanted. Her house on Mango Street is a small, red house with even smaller stairs leading to the door. The brick are falling out of place and to get inside, one must shove the door, swollen like Esperanza’s feet in later vignettes, open. Once inside, where you are never very far from someone else, there are small hallway stairs that lead to the only one shared bedroom and bathroom. This house is just, “For the time being,”[5] Esperanza claims, for this is nothing like the house she longs for.
Soto’s “Small Town with One Road” is a poem that deeply touches upon the issues of Latin Americans stuck in small towns. With the use of literary devices such as similes and imagery it illustrates the deep pain in the townspeople’s hearts. In line 24 the speaker thinks “Papa’s fields wavered like a mirage”(Soto “Small Town”) which shows the illusion of a perfect life in small town fading away. This is a simile that hints at the imperfections hidden in the small town of the speaker’s upbringing. The imagery in the poem such as "And its black strip of highway, big-eyed With rabbits that won't get across"(Soto “Small Town” 2-3) paint a picture of what the quality of life is in the town.
They are also part of 34 community councils within
In the story, “Esperanza Rising”, a saying means a lot to life. He who falls today may rise tomorrow. When Esperanza’s life goes wrong, she knew that she couldn’t give up. Even though she and her family were suffering from great depression. When Esperanza falls, she thought she couldn’t get back up.
