Uber is a world's leading mobile Internet startup. It innovates technology for efficiently match between passengers and co-drivers. This company uses of idle vehicle resources and helps car users to share vehicles for achieving more convenient travel. Uber committed to helping strengthen local economies, improve access to transportation, and make streets safer. However, this company covers danger under their works (Picchi, 2014). The Uber company created many safety issues of passenger and driver. Their self-driving cars also under in controversy. First, passengers safety issues is a burning question for Uber. In America, some women passengers accused an Uber driver of sexually assaulting (Picchi, 2014). In London, a woman suffered a Uber driver who wanted sex with her (Picchi, 2014). A woman applied a lawsuit against the Uber company because she was violated by the Uber driver in New Delhi (Isaac, 2015). Some government people and citizens consider that Uber company do not have enough protection for consumers (Picchi, 2014). Uber committed to strengthening the background investigation of the driver, but Los Angeles Times consider that statement is giving customers a misguided sense of security (Picchi, 2014). A video revealed that a drunkenness man struck Uber driver from backseat in November 2015 (Mchugh, 2016). A driver of an online forum described a passenger's attack on the driver's speech and body; then the driver put a video of passengers spitting (Mchugh, 2016). The Uber company did not provide the same type of insurance for a driver as the traditional taxi operator (Picchi, 2014).
