Colds are prevalent in winter. The people who wear a mask increase in the UEC and prevalence is noticed visibly. By the way, is the UEC student's healthy consciousness enough? If they just wear a mask, can it be said that the healthy consciousness is enough? This paper reports lacked consciousness and an effective way to make up the consciousness.

Conversely, contact infection is not. In addition, although a cold prevails in winter, people may not want to wash a hand in winter because water is ironically cold. The author’s group suggests that consciousness of prevention of contact infection should be more strengthen and it is an effective way to.
III.SURVEYS
A. Consumption of Hand Sanitizer The author’s group visited Health Care Center in the UEC and asked the amount of consumption of hand sanitizer. Arbonurse, which is disinfectant made by ARBOS, is used as hand sanitizer in the UEC. The sanitizers are provided at several places in the UEC, e.g., entrances of various buildings, and rest rooms. According to The Health Care Center, each sanitizer is replaced once or less a year. This result says consumption of hand sanitizer is so little. This result is one of important ground of the hypothesis.
B. A Number of Mask User The author’s group observed and counted the UEC students who wore a mask to know health consciousness of them. The TABLE I shows the result.

Once per month 4 18.2
Seldom or no using 11 50.0
Figure 3. The percentage of TABLE IV.
The people who sanitize them hand daily is only 5%. Almost all the students have no habit of sanitizing. This is also reason why the consumption of hand sanitizer is little.
TABLE V.
“Do you pay attention to droplet infection and contact infection?”
Answer Respondents Percentage of respondents (%)
Pay attention to both of them. 5 22.7
Pay attention to only contact infection. 8 9.1
Pay attention to only droplet infection. 2 36.4
Pay attention to neither of them. 7 31.8
Figure 4. The percentage of TABLE V.
59.1% people have already paid attention to droplet infection. On the other hand, about 2/3 (68.2%) people have not paid attention to contact infection. Promoting prevention of contact infection is more effective than promoting prevention of droplet
