Uncle Carlos Meeting with Officer One-Fifteen I’ve it with this guy. Listening to One-Fifteen Sr. talk about his son’s life, he’s not the good kid who never got into trouble nor the guy who wanted to help others. He isn’t the victim. One-Fifteen was the one who killed Khalil and his lame reasoning apparently was, “he [Khalil] had a broken taillight and was speeding.” This interview was all a lie. When he mentioned that he was afraid of innocent kids and killed someone who opening a car door, I seriously questioned how he was able to become an officer. I saw Khalil grow up with Starr, and I knew the type of person he was, someone who wanted to help others, was kind and innocent.
