Uncle Carlos Meeting with Officer One-Fifteen I’ve it with this guy. Listening to One-Fifteen Sr. talk about his son’s life, he’s not the good kid who never got into trouble nor the guy who wanted to help others. He isn’t the victim. One-Fifteen was the one who killed Khalil and his lame reasoning apparently was, “he [Khalil] had a broken taillight and was speeding.” This interview was all a lie. When he mentioned that he was afraid of innocent kids and killed someone who opening a car door, I seriously questioned how he was able to become an officer. I saw Khalil grow up with Starr, and I knew the type of person he was, someone who wanted to help others, was kind and innocent. I walked into the conference room and there stood the murderer with his wrinkled uniform, a large coffee stain right smack in the center of the uniform. “Officer One-Fifteen, today I want to discuss with you the incident,” I pretended to be nice. “Sure Officer Carlos, I’ll fill you in on as much as I know,” he says innocently. “I know the full story from my nephew who was in the car, I want to know the reason you shot her friend. From what I’ve heard, you were wrong on this one and shouldn’t have shot him,” Uncle Carlos smirked, knowing that One-Fifteen would retaliate immediately. “Well, I saw something in the car, something that was thick and dark. I thought it was a gun. I got scared and fired my gun without thinking. I thought it was the right move, if he had pulled out a gun, things would have gone really bad from then on,” explained One-Fifteen. “Well, he didn’t and I don’t understand how you could be scared at two teenagers. How could you shoot an innocent boy? How could you think that was the right move?” I boomed out loud. I had lost
