The poster depicts three women workers: a welder, a factory worker, and a office worker; moreover, below the drawing of the three women stood a slogan: soldiers without guns. It was realized in 1944 by Adolph Treidler for the US Employment Service of the Office of War Information.

The main colors are black, blue, red and yellows. The light background brings out the three women. The overall effect is strong, and it draws the attention.
