Unit 301 Knowledge Questions 1.1- Analyse the communication needs of internal and external stakeholders The needs of internal stakeholders’ include knowing what business the organisation is in. Who the customers are the specific details about the products and services of my company. Where all the forms are located and who to see when there is a problem. Also they would need to know the suppliers and lenders to the company. Likewise the suppliers and lenders need the practical skills required to do their job well, which include good communication skills, good interactions with all internal and external individuals and to feel respected and valued.
External stakeholder needs include information to promote sales and publicity and to generate sponsorship, announcing upcoming events, products and services, to support all branding of the company.

However If communication skills are poor from my manager, employees will lack enthusiasm in doing their assignments and will question the value of the communication given, also if my manager is meeting the correct standards and requirements of being the manager of the company.
Poor business communication skills will also dishearten employees because they will be required to sit through dull presentations or team meetings where they might be provided with unclear instructions on projects, leading to confusion.
