People that are unable to express their feelings are more likely to express depression. Depression is not necessary a stage going through people with mental illness, but rather anyone that is unable to express themselves. Depression is a condition which a person feels unimportant, sad, and hopeless. Studies have shown that those who developed drug problems were more likely to show depression. Teenagers sometimes had a period of depressing. They are usually stressed over something, such as some of them witnessing the pressure that was coming from all around their surroundings. Depression can destroy the very essence of a teenager’s personality, causing an overwhelming sense of sadness, despair, or anger. Depression is not just something that spurred out of nowhere. It is THE effect of multiple issues that have never been addressed properly by an individual to his or her elders.
