Introduction Nowadays, there are a lot of diseases in the world that many people suffer form. Moreover, there are some health problems which are considered as a disease as well such as the adult voiding dysfunction. In this essay I will be highlighting two types of urinary problems such as urinary incontinence and urinary retention. I will be describing the etiology, risk factors, clinical signs, diagnostic findings, different types of urinary incontinence, complications of urinary retention and the medical management for each. The person has a very short time before the urine is released when the urge to urinate occurs no matter what the patient is trying to do. This case can be a reason of a sudden change in the position, sex during orgasm, or for some people the sound of the running water. Moreover, from the identified causes, Cystitis (CNS) which stands for -central nervous system- problems, some examples for that are multiple sclerosis, stroke and Parkinson's disease.
