Mr. Johnny Boggs, 69-year-old Caucasian divorced male, lives with his biological daughter, Ms. Wanda Boggs Ferguson, 20-year-old Caucasian, and her husband Mr. Charles Ferguson, 21-year-old Caucasian along with their two sons, Charles Ferguson Jr. (3 years and 10 months old) and Liam Ferguson (13 months old) at the current residence (381 Greenbriar Rd, Louisa, KY, 41230). The house is in Mr. Boggs name and he is residing in the house for the last 50 years. The family is making a new house for Randel and it will be ready soon, which will give more freedom to Randel and potentially put him at more risk. It, therefore, has becomes crucial for Randel to develop good bonding and feel part of the family. The family shows strengths in several areas, such as stable housing, financial stability, absence of any DV/substance use, safe environment, no mental health issues (except Mr. Boggs's Depression), and appears to be healthy (except Mr. Boggs physical ailments). The family appears to be able to meet Randel's financial needs, but he continues to be at risk due to age, his past history, and dysfunctional relationship with family members. Additionally, there may be some irregularities in getting help for Mr. Johnny Boggs, as he is in need of Home Health nursing services and that has not been arranged. Mr. Boggs's incontinence problem may be a health risk factor for two small children of Mr. and Ms. Ferguson in the house.
