There are many different key elements of the promotion mix, here at Vape Supplies Co we have chosen to concentrate on advertising, sales promotion, public relations, Personal selling, and Sponsorship deals, but how will Vape Supplies Co uses these key elements to power the company to success.

The most important people to a business is their customer base especially in the ENDS1 market, by creating a solid public relations with people like potential customers and allowing a database of return customers to be built. Vape Supplies Co will also ensure that only the best quality vaping products will be sold in-store and at an online location.
Building up a customer base currently can be quite difficult, to ensure that Vape Supplies Co comes out on top we will run monthly specials whether it will be on the store's website or instore and as the business grows we will be able to put a customer retention plan in place (Bully, 2017). This plan will allow us give back to our loyal customers by having a points system which will work in a way each time the customer returns to the store and makes a transaction they will earn a point and if they spend over a certain amount they can earn extra points which will be punched down on a card that a customer will receive in store.
