Throughout the years there have been many tyrannical rulers. Although these leaders have very abusive regimes many of them stay in power because of use of manipulative methods. In George Orwells Animal Farm these methods are demonstrated in an allegory of the Russian Revolution. In this novella a farm of animals work together to revolt against their owner Mr Jones in order to escape his tyrannical rule. However, in doing so a pig by the name of Napoleon gains power and treats the animals just as Mr Jones did before the revolution.

Career and College Research Paper A veterinary career isn’t a goal easily met, nor quickly met; but I know few people can say they love what they do, and the hurdles I’ll have to face are worth getting to be one of those people. Veterinarians come into work everyday, whether that be a clinic, farm, or lab, treating and diagnosing medical conditions in animals. Depending on the type of veterinarian, this can range from household pets to exotic or endangered species. This is something I’ve imagined working towards since I was able to comprehend what a career was, and I’ve only gotten more determined.
Did you know that diabetes service animals can smell a person's breath and blood? This allows them to recognize if their owners blood sugar is too high or too low. This can be a good tool for people whose blood sugar drops very fast. The relationship between animal and human is important because, service animals need that relationship to know how to communicate with their owner. By that relationship they can keep us alive in the strangest ways, they teach us new lessons, and they awaken a part of your soul. Those things would never happen, if it wasn't for pets and service animals.
Animal Experimentation: Is it Beneficial? Animal testing, otherwise known as vivisection has been around prior to the 19th century, in fact, in 1973 there was already a total of over 1,500,000 animals being experimented on. Britain was the first to stand up against animal testing, stating that it was cruel in 1876 with the Cruelty to Animals Act. America on the opposing hand, launched an animal testing boom in the first quarter of the twentieth century when cosmetic animal testing began when totals reached over 1,300,000 animals tested. The animal testing controversy has been a big one, it is no way beneficial to society nor is it humane for animals.
Many Americans have pets in their homes, who they consider to be important part of their lives. As a result many people are concerned with animals rights. Many people believe that animals should be treated the same as humans, however the struggle to find cures for some of America 's most common diseases, animal testing is a key to find these cures. Animal testing should be continued as long as it is done humanely, so we can find cures and new medicines.

I intend on being more than a dog and cat veterinarian; I desire to help those animals, along with others, such as those found on farms, in zoos, or even in wildlife sanctuaries. I also want to do more than just serve animals; I want to change the veterinary medicine field by creating new and more effective medicines and curing diseases and disorders that are uncured in today’s world. Once I become very successful and financially stable, I would like to help up and coming veterinarians like myself. I want to create my own non-profit organization dedicating to helping those ambitious and creative kids support their dreams financially, and obtain mentors and job shadowing opportunities to encourage them and properly prepare them for their future careers. By doing these things, I would change the lives of both animals and humans; animals, by making state of the art changes and discoveries, and humans, by supplementing their already solid passion in veterinary
