Civility is crucial in defining culture and building a strong foundation of good business behavior. It’s usually an underlying value that various successful business organizations work hard to achieve. Virtue ethics normally deals with individual’s character traits in a way which defines who they are as explained by Bourelle and Tiffany (2014).
