Wal-Mart is a giant multinational retailer with more than 2.2 million employees around the world and net sales of $482.2 billion in 2015. Wal-Mart’s business model successfully delivers low price products to customers, and allows it to maintain the largest market share in retail industry. However, its low-price and large-scale business brings genetic problems in the reputation realm.
