The Walt Disney Company prides itself in their commitment to excellence, creativity and innovation to provide a beloved brand worldwide utilizing the latest technology. As the company wishes to be a leader in global entertainment, this paper will seek to understand how they accomplished meeting that primary goal while still meeting the expectations required by the various nations the company expanded to. The company now has established itself in more than forty countries with six resorts around the globe. The company has chosen to focus on increasing their customer base by appealing to consumers around the world. Disney does this by directing their efforts towards incorporating experiences with their products and services.
Disney started out as a small cartoon studio pioneered by Walt Disney in 1923. (Disney 2017b). Over the course of the last 93 years, the corporation has expanded beyond traditional media to incorporate more modern, digital technologies.
