I am confident that my experience and prior performances fully qualify me to become a Warrant Officer in the United States Army. I have spent most of my career in the human resources and training fields which I am very passionate about. I am fully qualified to perform the duties for the following reasons. Through personal observation and diligence, I have consistently and commendable sustained superior performance and dedication not only to the units I have served but also to the community. I consistently foresee administrative requirements, initiated, and developed actions to meet those requirements in a timely manner. On numerous occasions, I have used my own leave to come in to assist Soldiers in a multitude of tasks. I typically worked before and after normally scheduled work day in the completion of assignments and duties for the MFTR. On multiple occasions, I volunteered to give up my free time to assist others in various tasks throughout the organization. I consistently put the needs of the unit before my own and have always led from the front. The expertise and knowledge I have in finance and administrative experience has propelled me to the position I am at presently. My very strong desire to become a Warrant Officer has come from demonstrating the attributes of the high standards the Army requires. I continually look to improve my skill set by seeking out continued education and training both in and outside my duty description.
