On numerous occasions, I have used my own leave to come in to assist Soldiers in a multitude of tasks. I typically worked before and after normally scheduled work day in the completion of assignments and duties for the MFTR. On multiple occasions, I volunteered to give up my free time to assist others in various tasks throughout the organization. I consistently put the needs of the unit before my own and have always led from the front. The expertise and knowledge I have in finance and administrative experience has propelled me to the position I am at presently.
