The information system that I chose is online banking through my bank, Wells Fargo. They have made their online banking system very simple, yet efficient for all their customers. Almost all services that can be done at a branch can now be done through an online account. As most of us lead very busy lives, Wells Fargo took that into consideration when designing the online account website and what services they would offer their customers. As with most other online services, online banking was created to make it more convenient for customers to access and track activity in their bank accounts. There are several sub-tabs, including Bill Pay Overview, Payments, Payees, eBills and Reports. Bill Pay Overview is the default sub-tab that shows bills recently paid to a payee and an option to set-up payment to a new payee. The Payments sub-tab shows recent payments to payee in more detail.
