The book Sharks In The Time of Saviors by Kawai Strong Washburn is written with each chapter being a different first person perspective within multiple of the important characters. We hear the story through each of their own eyes. Each major character gets to express their feelings to the reader in a way that no one else in the story would understand. The chapters get traded off between Malia, Nainoa, Kaui, Dean, and the last chapter of the book Augie.
Imagine, a 22.5 feet long killer whale that weighs 12,000 pounds, slammed and dragged a person in the water who only weighed 125 pounds. The image is gruesome but that’s what happened to SeaWorld trainer Dawn Brancheau. A respected 40 year old who fought hard to stay alive against the largest orca in captivity. Accordingly to witnesses Tili (short for Tilikium), the Orca went wild during the Dine with Shamu Show, then attacked and killed Dawn. The event shocked everyone because Orcas are usually very friendly but Dawn Brancheau was the third victim of Tilikium.
I think that SeaWorld is an amazing facility. I love the fact that they rescue sea creatures from their inevitable death. I love the fact that children love to come here. I love the fact that this place causes children to subconsciously learn something. I love to bring my kids here on the weekend to watch the shows that the trainers put on with the orcas.

Dolphins have a big reputation for having lots of curiosity. Some people thought that dolphins were smarter than humans considering that they have more lumps and a bigger brain.

This allows the cartoonist to emote a greater sympathetic reaction as the whale is staring with big blue eyes at the viewer. The diner’s plates are particularly large for their small portions of whale, which let the viewer, presume that there was a larger amount of whale eaten.
The Great White Shark The Great White Sharks, known mostly because of their white underbellies, are one of the most powerful aquatic animals in the world. They can swim at about 25 Miles Per Hour (40 Kilometers per hour) because of their strong muscles and forceful tails. In addition to that, male Great Whites can grow around 11.5 to 13.1 feet long, while females can grow from 14.8 to 16.4 feet long. This paper will demonstrate how Great White Sharks are an important part of their ecosystem, how their diets work and will adequately describe their habitats. As predators in their ecosystem, Great White sharks help maintain the coral reefs and seagrass habitats.
The Humpback Whale (Megaptera novaeangliae) is one of the largest of the Cetaceans. They are fairly well known, even outside of the scientific community. They are identifiable by their dark grey dorsal color, white underbellies, very long pectoral flippers and by their habits of breaching and raising their tales above the water before diving. Their range expands tropical, temperate, and sub polar waters all around the world. They migrate in search of breading grounds and feeding grounds.

Ishmael states how many cultures around the world associates whiteness as a sign of nobility, royalty or leadership, but at the same time, whiteness holds this other dimension that links to the spiritual world. He points how the white holds a supernatural quality due to the absence of color and its rarity to find white in its purest form in nature, thus emphasizing the point that the whale is an element that is not seen and is unclear because it cannot be found anywhere on earth due to its hue. This supports how Moby Dick is not found in years because his color is a rarity in nature, it is difficult to find a species of that form in the ocean. It is because, “…that its indefiniteness it shadows forth the heartless voids and immensities of the universe, and thus stabs us from behind with the thought of annihilation, when beholding the white depths of the milky way?”

All types of whales including, Humpbacks and Orcas are shown in the film. As the people are kayaking the animals are swimming around them hunting for fish. The scene is breathtaking because the people are so close to these harmless, majestic animals. My favorite marine animal is an Orca whale, I've loved them since I watched Free Willy as a child. There is something very calming about watching animals in their natural habitat live their lives as others gaze at them.
How differrent about two kind of large tropical shark,the whale shark and the tiger shark? First of all, the whale shark is light blue and has dots on its body whereas the tiger shark is dark blue and has a stripe pattern on its body. The whale shark has legth 10 metres and weight 9 tonnes whereas the tiger shark has length 4 metres and weight 500 kilograms. So,the whale shark is bigger and heavier than the tiger shark.
