Contrary to popular belief, video games are actually good for you. Video games can help hand build self confidence and hand eye coordination. Looking at a screen for long can help vision. Despite the fact that some people think video games are a health danger to young kids, they actually improve hand eye coordination and self confidence.

While kids are using a controller to control what is happening on a screen, they are practicing how to use their hands and look at the screen at the same time. “13 Video Games Pros and Cons” argues that, “With moderation, video games have been shown to improve a person’s vision.”.
