World War I was one of the most amazing wars. Not amazing in the way of good but, amazing in a way of technology advancement during this time. World War I was started in 1914. Although the cause of war still being disputed, it was still a factor of the Great Depression, which was around the date October 29, 1929. The Great Depression was a severe worldwide economic depression in the 1930s, mostly caused by overproduction and a great mass of military spending. World war one was sparked by the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand on June 28, 1914. One month after that, on July 28, Austria-Hungary declared war on Serbia.
