Human rights are the fundamentally rights that every human being is born with regardless of their characteristics like gender or race. These rights can not be taken away from any human but they can be restricted in extreme circumstances. Bala Sport should consider the human rights of the workers making the footballs not only because it will have a positive effect for the company brand but also because it is ethically correct for a company who has the means to support factories that keep their workers safe and protected. It is very important in ensuring that workers are treated fairly and are able to live from their job. This means that everyone should have a wage that can allow them and their family to live, if this is not possible it should be helped by other forms of social protection. It also states that everyone is paid fairly for the type work that they do with no discrimination. This means that if people are doing the work of the same importance, they will be paid equally. For Bala Sport, this article is important in allowing their employees to use their employment to live respectably and ensures that they are treated fairly by their employers.
