"What does it mean when it’s not free?" The question tells not free means we need to use cash or credit card to buy things that we wanted before we can use it or have it. Roughly, free means "at no cost". One of the main reasons why Windows users are often unwilling to change their operating systems are because of the Windows are ease of use. Users that familiar with the first versions of Windows maybe also find that the newer ones are easy to work with.
