You have to figure out, what works for you. I like taking a walk by the ocean, a swim, a long hot shower, offline time before going to bed, meditation, stop multitasking in the evening, stretching, reading a book or watching a feel good movie and even better if I do it with a good friend or a loved one. If I have excessive thoughts racing around in my head, I write them down and thereby let go of them. I always have a notebook close to me also while sleeping, because sometimes I will wake up with ideas if I do not have my notebook. The embarrassing thing is, that I know exactly what to do, and still often the clock suddenly turns nine/ten in the evening, and then it is bedtime for me. Therefore, I have to prioritise it, and in busy periods I do block it into my calendar. Sleep Getting enough sleep is crucial for the body to regenerate and rebuild itself. Unfortunately, most people ignores this factor and for some people it will backfire sooner or later. You just have to accept that sleeping four to six hours is not enough. I did it in my twenties, when I started studying, but it hit me like a boomerang after a while. I realised, that I needed around seven/eight hours of sleep to be fully up to speed the next day and since I am an early bird with my primetime in the morning, I need to go to bed early. Most of the dyspraxians, I have talked to have the same need for sleep and some even sleeps nine to ten hours a day to prevent the dyspraxia from
