Analysis: Students: The First Amendment allows freedom of speech as a right. The student dress is some instances is a form of expression and speech. For example, if a student wants to wear a clothing attire with Martin Luther King with I had a dream on their shirt, if a student wears clothing as a practice of their part of their religion, or a student wants to wear a shirt with their favorite football team, they are protected by the constitution.
