The movie “Remember the Titans” is about the Titans football team receiving a new coach, Coach Boone. Coach Boone is a man of color and people think that he is not capable of being the coach of the Titans. Later in the film, he proves them wrong by winning the state championships and earning the respect of his players and fellow coaches. I think the main theme of the movie is that you should not be blinded by judgment. This theme is shown with Gerry and Julius and their friendship, and how you see them grow as people and make each other better. At first, Gerry thought Julius was nothing and that he was trash, but as he got to know him, he saw how brave and strong he was, and that he didn't deserve to be treated like he was different just because of the color of his skin. After Gerry came to this realization, he had a whole new view of the world and the people in it.“I was afraid of you, Julius. The end result of the season made everything worth it for Yoast and Boone, as they realized they couldn't have done it without each other. At the beginning of the film, it was evident that Coach Yoast was not in favor of Coach Boone having this team, but it shows a lot to be able to put that aside and do your best to help. ”I know football, and what you did with those boys, you were the right man for the
