Harriet also helped lead black soldiers on a spy mission. Overall Harriet Tubman fought for what she believed in. Which of Harriet Tubman's achievements was her greatest? I conclude that Harriet Tubman's greatest achievement is her fight for abolition including, leading slaves to freedom, leading black spies behind enemy lines, and nursing hurt black soldiers back to health. One of the things she did for the abolition movement was leading enslaved people to freedom. For example, The Road to freedom chart shows that she rescued over 38 enslaved people and lead them to freedom. This document also shows that she did this for 10 years and made over 9 trips.
