They have an interest in the business because it is making them money but can also cost them all of it.
Managers: Business managers oversee and supervise a company's activities and employees. ASDA relies on managers at each store to oversee operations because there are too many jobs challenges and tasks that need doing at once for the owners to manage them. If managers are poor the stores will not run well and will affect earnings and productivity.
Employees: Employees influence the business by doing the tasks set by managers. They have an interest in the business because the company pay them. The better and more productive ASDA’s employees are the more gets done and the more money the company makes.
Who are ASDA’s external stakeholders?
Suppliers: ASDA are supplied by many small retailers and farmers. Anyone can apply to supply ASDA online making It easy for ASDA to get the best deal on the products they sell making profit …show more content…

Suppliers: Wateraid are supplied with products like pumps and digging equipment. They use these to dig wells and bring water and sanitation to deprived areas. The better the equipment they get, the better the result will be for the people they help.
Lenders: Wateraid don’t have lenders because they rely on donations. The people who donate the money to not ask for it back.
Competitors: Wateraid don’t have any competitors. This is because Companies in the same industry work together to help the same people to achieve the same things.
Creditors: If Wateraid buys equipment off a company they will owe them money and have to pay them back what they owe.
Customers: Water Aid’s customers are the people they help. Although they don’t buy anything off them or pay any money, they still receive products (water pumps, toilets etc.) and services.
