Everyone loves someone they feel they can never lose at some point, but would you kill yourself with them? Romeo and Juliet is a book about two teenagers in love who did not have the approval of their families to love each other which led them to commit suicide. Romeo and Juliet mainly focus on two teenagers in the 14th century who are part of two different fighting families, the Capulets, and the Montagues. When Romeo and Juliet met, they realized they were meant to be together, leading them to get married within a week. A reason that supports my claim is, throughout the play we saw how Juliet could not live without Romeo and Capulet was the only thing standing between them. Evidence from the text to support my claim is “To cure her sadness, you arranged a marriage for her with Count Paris. Then she came to me, and, looking wild, she asked me to devise a plan to get her out of this second marriage.
