Do you sometimes feel like your parents don't love you? Pony boy is the one of the smaller kids that is in the gang out of a few kids., Poyboy is a very good kid and he would feel bad to hurt anyone. Pony boy is the youngest and also is the smallest in the gang but I think he has the brains in the story because he thinks about a problem before he deals with it. Johnny’s parents don’t really like him.
He gets no love or sense of having a family at home. He gets the family feeling from the members in his group they are like him family. Dally is like a big brother almost dad to Pony boy and Johnny. They all care about each other and that is good. Johnny comes from a family that really does not care about him. Pony has a family that does care about him. Johnny has parents while Pony's recently died. I think Johnny feels more isolated than Pony does. Even if someone doesn't have love from there parents, doesn't mean that no on in the world does love them. Because some people have a close friend or some siblings that they can lean on for comfort. Its hard coming from a family that isn't together. No one has a perfect family in the world thats why people to to gain trust in close friend.
