He also devised a risky plan involving Juliet faking her death, without considering the potential consequences or ensuring effective communication with Romeo. His failure to deliver crucial information about the plan he created with Juliet led to misunderstanding and ultimately contributed to their deaths. He entrusted a crucial written message to someone unreliable, Friar John, whose inability to deliver it sealed the tragic fate of the lover. His decision to involve Juliet in a dangerous deception instead of seeking a peaceful resolution with their families demonstrates his flawed judgment.

I believe that Romeo & Juliet decided how they died because of the decisions and consequences they both had to go through. During the book, the couple is on a journey to be together and get married without people knowing because of the different houses they are in. The two lovers run away from fate and later on die in each other's hands.
